Students learn foundational scenographic and cinematic design principles grounded in decolonial and feminist perspectives, combining hand-drawn sketching with digital prototyping in Blender, REAPER, and DaVinci Resolve. Emphasis is placed on understanding how design choices shape audience perception, emotional atmosphere, and cultural representation across both live performance and screen-based environments.

Throughout the term, students complete a short submission every week based on the weekly tutorial.

Selection of 6 revised weekly submissions assembled into a final portfolio showcasing the skills developed throughout the course.
