Final Submission

This Final Submission Package documents your live performance in a format suitable for:

• academic assessment
• artist portfolios
• future applications or showcases

The goal is to transform the concert documentation into a clear, well-presented record of your work.

📌 Important:
The instructor will provide the concert documentation files (video + audio) via Avenue to Learn after the Open Performance.
You are responsible for editing, organizing, and presenting these materials.

Project Info Sheet (Single PDF)

• Submission format: PDF file
• Naming protocol: LastName-FirstName-P2-InfoSheet.pdf

⚠️ Failure to follow naming and formatting guidelines may result in lost points.

This document must include:

• Project title
• High-Quality Representative image/photo
• Year of production
• Group members (with country of origin, role, and short 50-80 words bio)
• Duration of performance
• Description (150–200 words)
  • Focus on concept, structure, and live elements
• Link to Full Performance **read requirements below)
• List of materials and technologies used
• Performance context:
  • Open Performance (public concert)
  • Location and date (as provided on Avenue)
• 3-5 concert photos. These should show:
  • the performance in the concert space
  • performers in action
  • interaction between sound, visuals, and space

🚨 Reminder:
Concert documentation will be shared by the instructor via Avenue to Learn.
You are responsible for editing and assembling your final submission.

Edited Performance Video (Required)

Create a single edited video that documents the live performance.

Requirements:

• Combine:
  • the two documentation camera angles
  • the direct audio recording provided by the instructor
• Edit for clarity, continuity, and pacing
• Include:
  • Title at the beginning
  • Credits at the end (all group members + roles)

This video should represent the performance accurately — not as a highlight reel, but as a coherent documentation of the work.

Upload the edited performance video to a cloud-based platform, such as:

• YouTube (unlisted or public)
• Vimeo
• Google Drive or similar

Include a clickable link in the PDF.
